Lettings Negotiator

The Opportunity

Rampart is working on an opportunity for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a growing property business in North London.

This is a commercially focused position for someone who enjoys working at pace, building strong relationships and converting opportunities into successful lettings.

The Role

You will be involved throughout the lettings process, from generating and qualifying opportunities through to negotiation and completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating and qualifying new applicant and landlord opportunities
• Managing applicant enquiries and arranging property viewings
• Conducting viewings and following up leads
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
• Negotiating offers between landlords and applicants
• Progressing agreed lets through to completion
• Identifying opportunities to generate additional business
• Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline records
• Working towards individual and team targets

Skills & Experience

We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded property professional with previous lettings or estate agency experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency or property sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A confident and professional approach with clients and applicants
• Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of the North London property market
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team

Experience in lettings is preferred, although strong sales professionals with transferable experience may also be considered.
